If you want to keep it largely the same, I would suggest that your Monk focuses on getting the party wide refresh / unbind and get your prince some prevent order & protect order.
No-one on your team has any bind or status resistance, barring one rank in shrug-off on your hoplite. Your AZ is wrong...
If you want to keep a back-rank Arby, then you want to use the Giant Killing, Singularity, Ethric Charge, Arms and Regal Radiance combo, which you've almost got, though it will be costly for your Prince to maintain, you can at least defer to rank 1 or 2 barrages with etheric charge if you really need to.
I can't see Armour piercer being worth it if you're back rank A's, though back rank AZ's run out of meaningful places to put skills pretty quickly.
