The OST has been released on CD: http://www.cdjapan.co.jp/detailview.html?KEY=VGCD-185



Looks like it's the same format as used for the SQ2 OST. Three CDs, with the first and half of the second containing the PC-8801 version tracks, and the other half of the second CD and the third containing the DS versions.
A Super Arrange Version will follow on May 12.

Ooh, looks like there will be a drama CD for SQ3 as well:

From my limited Babelfish-fu, it seems that this drama CD will tie in with a manga release, although the story is stand-alone. To be released June 23.
