Something to keep in mind is that the Wildling's stats do transfer (at least partially) over to the summons. So that Ooze summon, while having low HP, will have its HP modified by the Wildling's current HP. An example below:
- My current Wildling is at level 48.
- HP unmodified is at 265; with a Vital Belt is at 331; taken damage and at 230
- Beast Soul is at 10
- Using an Insect summon at 4 (Base HP is at 26, according to the skill sim)
- Insect's respective HP: unmodified at 181; with Vital Belt is at 187; At 169 from Wildling's damaged HP value.

Re: EOIII Questions thread
that said... would it be worth dumping points into HP up, since HP affects targetting priority?

Re: EOIII Questions thread
well id be using otori anyway... i just mean if the W's hp up increases the hp of the summons even MORE.... theyd be a tad less expendable as tank bait, in ADDITION to targetting priority

Re: EOIII Questions thread
Oh cool! Does LUC affect status/bind infliction? Setting him as a binder (/statuser) would be fantastic since it'd give me the full roundout (plus with a beast out he could at least poke at the enemy's HP while dark etherin')
