Haha now I feel like an idiot. I managed to do all that and not mention the site. I work for Avault.com also known as The Adrenaline Vault.
Personally, yes, I do think that the appreciation for music in a game has really declined. For me, music is as much part of the crafting of the game atmosphere as anything else, but it's the kind of thing that is rarely, if ever mentioned in reviews on most sites. It's really a shame. I grew up on Nobuo Uematsu's work in the Final Fantasy series and I can listen to well done game soundtracks for hours.
I'm not familiar with Yuzo Koshiro's work outside of Etrian Odyssey, but I am impressed with his work in it. Frankly, there's little that could ruin a good dungeon crawler more than annoying or poorly done background music since you'll have to listen to it for hours on end.

I'm surprised they even gave it enough time to make a video review O_O
Also, I lol'd when the said "added a few extra classes like the Hoplite and Prince".
I guess someone didn't get the memo they EVERY class from the previous games got the axe XD
Oh, and I didn't appreciate them covering up the BGM with their generic crap during the review.
