Good day!

As an amateur translator for Japanese media, I was very curious about some things regarding the Etrian Odyssey III localization. I was hoping if my questions could be answered?

1. Etrian Odyssey III was localized considerably faster than the previous two installments. I am mostly intrigued by how this speed was attained. Is the localization process employed here similar to the localization of the previous installments, or were there new implements introduced to increase the efficiency of translation?

2. How hard was it to try and stick to the original source material and balance out the flair one can put into the translation? There are some interesting names I found in the game and I am wondering how they are going to turn out in the localization.

Hey, I just started playing the Etrian Odyssey Series this year and, having noticed a distinct difference in styles between the two, am curious as to:

What is the style of the game? i.e. fast-paced, moderate, offensive, defensive, etc...

What is your favorite aspect of the game?

What is your favorite of the three?

What is your favorite class? Class and sub-class combination? Complementary partners?

Also noodles, quite a few people this time around imported the game. There were not as many questions about the actual gameplay mechanics because people for the most part already knew them.

Also last time we had a lot more coverage when RPGamer site posted an article about the event. -_-;
