Mica- (Gladiator + Farmer)
[spoiler]Endlessly practical, unflappable, and very good at what she does. Which is mostly hit things really hard with a club. She pays the most attention to the labyrinth's layout, and manages the map.

History:
She spent most of her life as a traveling mercenary, moving with her work. She met Crown during the guild formation mission, and is basically the sole reason he survived, let alone passed. As such, she enjoys a tidy slice of their profits.[/spoiler]
Crown- (Prince + Hoplite)
[spoiler]Tries desperately to be a serious, practical, and competent leader. Is in fact clumsy, idealistic, tragically humorless, and very sensitive about the fact. He is finally putting his knight training to good use, and bravely takes the front line.

History:
Eventual successor to his country's throne, Crown was nonetheless totally inept and decidedly unsuited for the job. His father, who's life work had consisted of restoring the nation's military, economy, and borders, finally tossed him out, telling him only to return when he had "become worthy of being his son."[/spoiler]
Shoal- (Buccaneer + Gladiator)
[spoiler]A bubbly youth who enjoys a good fight. Her enthusiasm is virtually unstoppable, even in the face of threat to life and limb. The driving force of most exploration and combat, regardless of reason. Unfortunately, she doesn't seem to pay much attention to her surroundings.

History:
The daughter of a long line of pirates and member of a (formerly) infamous crew, she used her wits to bluff her way out of custody when they were captured. After playing stowaway on a chain of navy ships, she finally jumped ship in Armoroad and started looking for work.[/spoiler]
Dusk- (Ninja + Zodiac)
[spoiler]Silent, intellectual, and almost superhumanly capable, she speaks to almost no one. She spends much of her time alone, reading books in peculiar and isolated spots. Her duplication abilities have become incredibly useful for this.

History:
A trained ninja with a scholarly interest in the inner workings of the world. Every new thing she witnesses is recorded in meticulous detail into one of her many books, the total of which could fill a small library. Her current subject is the Yggdrasil Labyrinth, and the adventurers who explore it.[/spoiler]
Jewel- (Princess + Arbalist)
[spoiler]A latecomer to the guild, Jewel has developed a most unbecoming taste for violence and combat, recently taking up the use of cannon-sized crossbows. She has miraculously managed to avoid losing her general dependence on luxuries, even after becoming an adventurer.

History:
Crown's future queen, and the daughter of a nearby (former) nation his kingdom had conquered. She is completely smitten with him and oblivious to his general ineptitude, in a stark contrast to her normaly observant self. When she heard he been sent away on a quest, she ran off after him.[/spoiler]
Root (Farmer + Hoplite)
[spoiler]A dutiful gatherer who's older than he looks, much to his chagrin. He keeps his own maps of the labyrinth, containing optimal routes for resource gathering, and in his off days attempts to hawk them off to fresh guilds and adventurers.

History:
An Armoroad native hired to help with exploration and financing. While a farmer by trade, he applying for entry into a merchant's guild, and hopes to make a tidy profit from exporting labyrinth goods. [/spoiler]
Lily (Wildling + Farmer)
[spoiler]A barely intelligible girl who is also excellent forager. Not much of a fighter, but has an excellent first-hand knowledge of the labyrinth's dangers, and how best to avoid them. She helps Root with his work, but is only technically a member of the guild.

History:
An orphaned girl who grew up in the labyrinth after her parents perished, presumably at the hands of monsters. She survived for much of her life in the first stratum, presumably by foraging and "borrowing" from adventuring parties until she was found by Root.[/spoiler]

To note: Nautilus has a very high turnover rate for members. Only five of the initial 10 are present, the others have since left, died, ascended to a higher state of being, or are still stranded in a foreign country after blowing their money on beer, gambling, and cheap entertainment. On the bright side, guild policy says they don't have to bring back souvenirs.

Alright I'll bite.

Princess Sarisia (age 14)
[spoiler]A sarcastic, determined, and slightly spoiled girl who hails from the small island of Ishaida. Sarisia was ecstatic after hearing of the possible treasures that lie within the labyrinth of Armoroad from her father and decided right there and then to set off and find it in order to bring fame and riches to her small island kingdom. Her father, knowing no means of persuasion would change her mind, gave her a ship and the best equipment he could provide and set her off with her personal bodyguard, a Hoplite named Beau, in attempts to conquer the labyrinth.

Skills and abilities: Sarisia was trained as a drill instructor so as to both give her self confidence and to raise the moral of Ishaida's armies if the situation would ever arise. As a result, she is rather skilled at keeping moral high during long journeys as well as directing both offensive and defensive manuvours (although her biting sarcasm tends to undermine her efforts). She also has a need to have the best of whatever is available from wherever she so happens to be buying from, leading to a few quarrels during her guilds initial arrival at Armoroad.

Oddly she refuses to carry any other weapon than a strange sword that never seems to cut its target, but more often or not, leaves them unable to move.[/spoiler]

Hoplite Beau (age 19)
[spoiler]The princess's personal bodyguard for nearly 5 year, Beau is dragged along in her adventures by the order of the king (not that he really minds). Beau is rather quiet and kept to himself, so much so that even Sarisia hardly knows anything about him other than he has a tendency to say profound things when he believes the situation calls for it. He also seems to have a penchant against violence, considering that despite the many attempts on Sarisia's life that have been made, he has never actually attacked back, only stared at them with a near emotionless face that seems to prompt the assassin's to answer the question "why?".

Skills and abilities: No one really knows were or how, but Beau's defense is rather good. Only really apparent due to Sarisia entering him in various fighting tournaments, he brushes off most of the attacks set upon him and usually lets his opponent wear themselves out till all it takes is a slight push to knock them over however, he has been beaten by Zodiacs and monsters that wield elemental magic, showing a glaring weakness in his defense. He has a near unnatural ability to recover from wounds and inflictions that he incurs. His habit of silence and his blank expression (and some say his ragged, curly and wavy hair) have made many suspicious about his true intentions.[/spoiler]

Zodiac Fade (appears 17 although he has hinted at being much older)
[spoiler]Standing in deep blue cloth, with long brown hair, and a solft smile that never seems to leave his face. Fade was found as a stowaway on Sarisia's ship, he was found during the trip to Armoroad and not suprisingly locked away in on of the ships rooms. His reasons for boarding were apparently to meet up with his apprentice, a Female Zodiac named Iris, who stays waiting for him in Armoroad. During the trip to Armoroad, the ship was attacked by a large sea monster known as Liathain suddenly and quickly knocked out Sarisia and left Beau gravely injured. The monster's thrashing smashed the door that kept Fade Locked up and slowly and calmly, Fade walked forward, raised his book and called forth a lightning strike from the heavens that killed the beast in one spectacular hit. After Sarisia and Beau recovered, he agreed to the princesses request to join them on their journey under the stipulation that his apprentice take his place should he have to leave (to which he implies will eventually happen).

Skills and abilities: He is a master of lightning based magic, able to call bolts that could decimate many of the strongest known creatures, however in doing so he burns nearly all of his mana away and often becomes near useless after doing so. His lack of mastery in the other Stars has also left him very imbalanced, rendering him useless in fights were a monster is immune to electricity.

The book he carries with him does not have any words written in its pages, at least, not to other people who try to read it.[/spoiler]

Zodiac Iris (age 15)
[spoiler]A shy girl with purple hair and eyes, she runs the guild's matters at Armoroad while they explore the labyrinth. Due to her refusal to speak with anyone other than Fade or Beau(who doesn't talk much anyway) not much his really known about her.[/spoiler]

Gladiator Ember (age 22)
[spoiler]A surprisingly smart and short tempered warrior, Ember is a warrior from Ishaida who was already in Armoroad and requested by the king to join Sarisia's group. To that end she has all of the guild's mater in order at the time of their arrival, has made enemies with both the head of the Explorers Guild, The owner of Napier's firm, and Kuruja. She is beast friends with the girl at the Butterfly Bistro, allowing the guild to take request that she has saved for them.

Skills and abilities: With a hammer at hand, Ember is incredibly strong(a good thing considering Beau's inability to inflict harm on others), she uses her smarts to identify monster's weaknesses ,then in a blind rage, beats the ever loving hell out of them. This does leave her rather shortsighted and when confused she has a tendency to accidentally knock out her own party members.

She apparently forged her hammer from the whiskers of Narmer, which she has said to have slayed herself, although not a single person believes her. [/spoiler]

??? Amber (age 22 and a second)
[spoiler]Ember's twin sister who is currently training in Armoroad, not even her sister knows what she is training for. She is an uptight, perfectionist who would prefer to stay away from the "riffraff" people who explore the Labyrinth. [/spoiler]

Monk Kiirrii (age 10)
[spoiler]A bear-fisted monk with a powerful healing ability, Kiirrii was born in Armoroad and trained as a monk by his master, aptly named Master. Kiirrii has been exploring the labyrinth since he was 3 and is rather knowledgeable of the first stratum (so much so that he is allowed to wander the forth floor without restraint. After watching the brutal killing of a guild by one of the monsters in the forest Kiirrii became a monk so as to prevent that from ever happening again. He so happens to stumble upon Sarisia's guild one day while walking through the forest, most of the members badly injured with Sarisia near death, using all of his ability, Kiirrii managed to save her as well as heal the others (save for Beau, who had apparently recovered) During the trip back to Armoroad, he listened to Sarisia's story and seeing how determined she was to make it through, decided to join the group figuring that they were gunna need a lot more healing down the line.

Skills and abilities: Kind and mischievous, Kiirrii's healing ability is a sight to behold. It has been reported that he has saved well over 50 explorers over the past 6 years and many speak of his large amount of mana for being so young, although he attributes is to his master, Master.[/spoiler]

Monk Master (age 73)
[spoiler]Kiirrii's trainer, no one knows if Master is his real name, but since it seems accurate of both his healing and attack techniques, no one bothers to find out. He has long since retired from exploring and now trains any who seek it in the ways of being a monk. It is rumored that he was once a prince.[/spoiler]

Since I've pretty much completely changed my party lineup, I thought I'd post the new ones.

Silver - Gladiator/Shogun
[spoiler]A wandering soldier who entered the Labyrinth in search of a challenge. He might have bit off more than he can chew, which has led him into the unfamiliar territory of depending on others. His career began in a coliseum, until he decided it didn't give enough challenge and... "checked himself out." Eerily polite, and may have a thing for Wreath.[/spoiler]

Wreath - Princess/Hoplite
[spoiler]An princess-in-exile, and the daughter of a recently deceased warlord-emperor. With nothing but the clothes on her back and a overly-large suitcase, she enters the labyrinth to raise an army of followers and reclaim the throne. During her first misguided expedition, she was unintentionally rescued by Silver. Her first reaction to him, while he was covered in frog blood and assorted entrails, was to fantasize very vividly. Fancies herself the mastermind of the team.[/spoiler]

'Aegis' - Hoplite/Princess
[spoiler]Real name unknown. She is perhaps the hardest person to talk in the world's history. She refuses to say anything about herself, and seems to lack any sort of internal motivation, simply doing whatever she is asked told, or even suggested without question. Silver and Wreath found her attempting to battle the Narmer armed with a only knife and an iron plate. Wreath helped her recover, and managed to capture her unwavering loyalty at the same time. She ignores the others aside from Wreath, and doesn't seem to feel pain.[/spoiler]

Nail - Monk/Prince
[spoiler]A long-lived pilgrim who traveled the seven seas with various bands of adventurers. Unfortunately, age has rendered him stone-blind and mostly senile. While his anecdotes and proverbs are almost coma-inducing, his skill in healing remains completely unmatched. Wreath is annoyed by everything that comes out of his mouth, but Silver somehow finds his words "deeply inspiring."[/spoiler]

Lark - Arbalist/Buccaneer
[spoiler]The most recent addition to the team, a treasure hunter-turned-mercenary, with a side of amateur inventor. She is proud of her most recent construction, a large-scale repeating-fire crossbow. Unfortunately, her lack of durability means she needs constant protection, which can slow the rest of the team down. She has made it a personal mission to strike up a conversation with Aegis, with no luck so far. Silver hates it when she gets the killing blow.[/spoiler]

Party 1: The ones with fealty for the Automaton King

Flappiere "Flappy"
Age: 12
Class: Prince
Subclass: Buccaneer

Flappiere is the youngest of a royal lineage in a faraway kingdom. Flappiere decided to adventure Armoroad at a young age to prove his worth as a warrior. He has short blonde hair and he aims for the stars.

Nicknamed "Flappy" by his fellow adventurers, he has an optimistic attitude and for most of the time acts like a little boy, ready for adventure. However, when alone he worries and is burdened by being the future king, as he never heard from his family ever since he left. He never worries too much however, as he has to keep up the good work.

Flappiere looks up to Seyfried as he truly shows himself as a worthy king.

Alcohol
Age: 28
Class: Buccaneer
Subclass: Zodiac

The eldest in his party, but also the token leader. Sadly this old drunkard is the one that has to keep an eye on the quests, usually forgetting missions they have or anything important. So you'd think he is the most carefree of the bunch. His red hair is long enough to look wild, and he has lost his eye when he was Flappy's age.

Incorrect. In fact, Alcohol designated himself as Flappiere's father figure and protector until his goal is over. Alcohol has been rumored to be pansexual, but that's because he has eyes on Seyfried, and is too drunk to care he's a male and rebuilt from Yggdrasil. Most of the time, Alcohol is straight.

Alista "Bubbles" R.
Age: 19
Class: Buccaneer
Subclass: Ninja

Alista is Alcohol's younger sister, seen with the most beautiful pink locks you've ever seen. She and Alcohol bicker a lot and Alista isn't like her brother. She is the common sense of the group when Puera is busy. Alista may seem a little to seductive, what, with her revealing wench garb, but she really has no interest in men aside from one.

Alista is much a better parental figure for Flappiere. Though, she wishes to use her maternal charm after she woos Seyfried to be her first mate on a pirate ship of her own. She is a Buccaneer after all, so she may do whatever it takes to get him to go with her.


Puera
Age: 17
Class: Monk
Subclass: Zodiac

The usually no-nonsense monk who is the common sense of the group. He is very brainy and is able to be both a strong tank and a passionate healer. He shows no interest in what the others are doing... but under his black hair, and coke-bottled glasses, Puera has feelings for Alista and Nadjaki, possibly even Seyfried.

Puera is a closet pervert and he doesn't want others to see that. He can be seen peeping on girls in onsens when not with the party (i.e. in his spare time) but lately, Seyfried came up in his mind a lot. Puera says he doesn't approve of his party showing such strong support for the King, saying his home is the Armoroad above water, thus he must support them. Puera never likes Alcohol's sense of humor and Flappy's child-like demeanor so he always felt left out of the group anyway.

Nadjaki "Wildthang"
Age: 14
Class: Wildling
Subclass: Hoplite

Nadjaki is the quiet one of the group. Although she talks, it is in very broken "Tarzan" English and so she only communicates with Flappiere, who teaches her English. Nadjaki was raised among a lot of animal life. The wolves and apes protect her from a lot of other enemies. Nadjaki also loves snakes and big cats and aspires to be like them, predatory and almost flexible.

Nadjaki sees Flappiere as a teacher as well as a little brother. She knows with any humans advice she can pass by human society freely. She joined the party to find delicious Field-On Eatery after all. Seyfried she designated to be her mate when mating season comes, but Seyfried never got the memo of this yet...

Party 2: The Explorers that show the most fear

Voluza (Kiki-93)

Subclass: Hoplite

Voluza is a stoic and mysterious android-like being who is destined to protect Xaberinth, her creator's daughter. Not much is known about her otherwise, but maybe the weapon made in Yggdrasil would shed the truth on how the main party feels about their King Seyfried.

Subclass: Monk

Xaberinth is timid and she never got to speak to other people before. Voluza is her only friend as of yet. She joined Dangerus to get experience as a Zodiac, and that way she can be like her mother. However, she likes to help others more than hurt them. Her white uniform also matches her pale skin, but her black hair and brown eyes may show she might be Puera's sister.

Innjion

A Flame Harvester from a faraway land. Innjion is a xenophobe, but was forced to go to Armoroad by request of his family and by request of Snowbelle, his employer's daughter. Innjion is as timid as Xaberinth, but maybe... He has feelings for her because of it?

Snowbelle
Age: 18
Class: Gladiator
Subclass: Monk
A ditsy blonde warrior who wants to explore Yggdrassil with the help of her trusted friend and father's favorite farmer. She joined Dangerus taking advantage of their loyalty towards Seyfried. She loves red and is saddened her skimpy armor never covers her large breasts.

The STALKERs guild. A ragtag guild of close friends who sold all of their possessions and journeyed from a far-away land known as Tharsis in search of adventure, fame and treasure. Their travels brought them to Armoroad after hearing stories of the "Great Disaster" and the Labyrinth it spawned.

Tabitha (Gladiator)
Short in stature with a shorter temper, Tabitha will fight anyone or anything, anywhere at any time. The running joke between the STALKERs is that if you placed a mirror in front of Tabs chances are she would find a way to pick a fight with her reflection. She is the first into battle and usually the last to leave, laughing maniacally and soaked in the blood of her former enemies. But despite her brash nature and recklessness she possesses an unshakable survival instinct and an unorthodox thought process suited for the exploration of the labyrinth and the removal of its obstacles. Her guild-mates look up to her as a leader and a mascot (although they only admit to the latter behind her back).

Kuzma (Monk)
Tabitha's partner and second. A kind and perpetually cheerful person, Kuzma is the STALKERs doctor, cartographer and Tabs' anchor for when her temper gets the better of her. Kuzma holds no prejudices or grudges and will help any and all who request it (without demand of payment or recompense which Tabitha considers an affront to her mercenary nature). He is deeply fond of the STALKERs and greatly enjoys their adventures, bounding through the labyrinth with a wide grin and curious eye (although his attempts to take the various fauna of the labyrinth as "pets" is often denied by his fellows).

DB (Arbalist)
The unofficial diplomat of the STALKERs guild, blessed with a quick mind and boundless charisma. He has talked the STALKERs out of many a sticky situation (usually after Tabs had dropped them into it). He has an affinity for technology and gadgetry and is always in the mood to build and experiment (more often than not with disastrous results). When he's not exploring the labyrinth with his guild-mates or at the Butterfly Bistro chatting up anything with a heartbeat, you'll usually find him on the deck of the Mouflon (the STALKERs ship), tinkering with his gadgets or trying to nail the local seagulls with his ballista.

Mikio (Hoplite)
If you looked up the phrase "Strong, Silent Type" you would find Mikio's stony visage staring up at you from the page. Mikio is a man of few words and he chooses those words very carefully. He has a brilliant tactical mind and will usually coordinate the STALKERs in battle or during their explorations of the labyrinth. He has a soft spot for Kuzma, his longest friend and can often be found at the Explorers Guild sparring with the monk. Although it may not be readily apparent, he is most fond of his guild-mates and would give his life a thousand times over to ensure their safety and well-being.

Ximu (Zodiac)
If you were to ask Ximu her purpose in this life, she would have two answers for you: To annoy those around her and to burn things. A budding mage with a natural talent for fire magic she is famous for needling at Tabitha's short fuse in an attempt to set her off, her success bringing her great amusement (and much exasperation to her guild-mates). But despite her "playful" exterior she takes her explorations very seriously and is often seen taking detailed notes of the STALKERs findings and observations. Although she would never admit it out loud, her true purpose in life is very simple: To know all that is, all that was and all that ever will be.
