Elite Equipment Checklist

These are taken from the drops list I've been able to find online, so there's not really much brand new information here. But one thing that I wanted to do was modify it into a more easy to reference "elite drops checklist", which includes the items and monsters that you get each rare item from. So I've put this together as best I can from gathering different sources of information online, but there are a few things I'm unsure about, especially some of the monsters. I've added a '?' after their name in the list if I'm unsure about it. Please let me know if you can verify any of those, as well as any other changes or additions that should be made to this. If you're still curious about that Silver Octopus, it drops Blue Tentacle. I went and killed one with Lucky Hammer out of curiosity.

Speaking of which, is anyone else loving Lucky Hammer as much as I am? I've been running around bopping things on the head with it and grabbing basically everything I couldn't get throughout the game so far. Everything from difficult boss drops, nasty conditional FOE drops, to stat boosting books have become ridiculously easy to get thanks to keeping this limit skill equipped on my Galdiator almost all the time.
