It's the normal Tagen Battou victory but without the "so you don't die" character there. And more luck since it requires a lot of Endure and Evasions to set-up.

Edit: Also, he does have the 225 wATK Katana equipped I believe. Not that it's really necessary since he hit for something like 85k (though, notably, 3 hits wouldn't have killed it).

Edit2: ...shut up, I'm bored at work:

Turn 1: Used Kumogakure, Endure activated.
Turn 2: Used Bunshin, Clone 1 dodged, Clone 2 had Endure activate.
Turn 3: Both clones use Bunshin, first three people die activating Nikudan, one Clone survives due to Endure.
Turn 4: Used Bunshin.
Turn 5: Both clones use Kumogakure.
Turn 6: Both clones use Amrita III, Clone 1 dodges, Clone 2 has Endure activate.
Turn 7: Both clones use Bunshin.
Turn 8: First two clones use Bunshin, last two use Kumogakure.
Turn 9: Clones 1 and 2 use Sarutobi, Clones 3 and 4 use Bravants on Clone 3, Clones 5 and 6 use Kumogakure; ensuing attack takes out Clones 1 and 2, and the rest survive.
Turn 10: Surviving Clone 3 uses Sarutobi, Clone 4 uses Kumogakure, Clones 5 and 6 use Bunshin; Clone 4 dies.
Turn 11: Clones 1, 3 and 6 use Sarutobi, Clone 2 uses Kumogakure, Clone 5 uses Bunshin; Sarutobi blocks attack, everyone survives.
Turn 12: Clone 3 uses Charge Tactic, followed by Tagen Battou.

And the weapons he uses are both maxed ATK slotted (Ameno Habakiri, Daden-chakra so 10x Slots).

You can do it with a Gladiator/Shinobi + Prince(ss)/Hoplite in your 50s without any luck. Two tentacles left:

Equipment wise, just need Daden-Chakra on the Gladiator and either +HIT or Stab Resist; Prince(ss) should have Sonic Dagger and Pierce Amulets.

Preparation:
Aegis Defense equipped and full Limit.
Items: Amrita II x 1-2, Bravant x 1

First form, with two tentacles left
T1: Antivolt, Bunshin
T2: Antifire, Charge, Bunshin
T3: Knighthood, Tagen Battou (with the charged Gladiator), everyone else defends

Second form, defense phase:
T4: Attack Order, Berserker's Vow
T5: Attack Order, Berserker's Vow
T6: Bodyguard, Bunshin
T7: Use Amrita II on the buffed Gladiator, Bunshin x 2
T8: Bravant on buffed Gladiator, Bunshin with the other Gladiators, everyone else defends

Attack phase:
T9: Aegis Defense, Charge with buffed Gladiator, everyone else defends (use Amrita if the buffed Gladiator has less than 40 TP)
T10: Knighthood on buffed Gladiator, Tagen Battou with buffed Gladiator, everyone else defends
