Subclass and general build help

New poster here, figured it be best to make a separate post for getting some help with how to spec my party.
So here's my current party

My Thoughts: I'm pretty happy with this guy since the monk skills are great for healing and the prince subspec will give him buffs and free passive healing

My Thoughts:From what I've read Hoplites are pretty solid without a subspec so I haven't known which one to actually give him. Also as a tank he's pretty kickass, might need better skills for covering others but he's pretty much always the last one to die when things go bad.

My Thoughts: I'm conflicted about this guy, for a while he was pretty bad but once I got Keburi no Sue and Izuna up he's pretty awesome for petrifying guys on the first turn of a fight. His actual damage is kind low though and during boss fights he doesn't seem that great.

My Thoughts: I'm not sure what's so good about meteor it cost a whole ton of points to get to, is there a stat or something I need to boost to make it awesome? Otherwise I like my zodiac, he can put out good damage.

My Thoughts: He puts out good damage and is generally useful but I feel like his skills are lacking, I don't have anything giving them synergy.
In terms of game progress I've just beat the two lost ones or w/e in BF10.

So any suggestions on how to sub or respec people? I also have a glad, buccaneer,princess and wilding in my guild hall who are in their mid 20's due to combat study.
