Wow. I know hardly anything about the Lovecraft stuff, and I never completed the post-game either, so it's interesting to read that there are so many direct references in there. You learn something new every day

Looking forward to your comments/views on the other two EO games.

One of the only things that still confuses me a bit in the EOIII plot is the locations of the 5th and 6th strata.

Correct me if I'm wrong, but you enter a sort of transporter/portal at the end of the fourth stratum, and the Senatus described the 5th stratum as an area for the royal family, off limits to outsiders. So I've always been a bit confused as to whether the 5th stratum is even in the labyrinth. And since there's yet another teleporter at the end of the 5th stratum, it doesn't exactly help me determine where the 6th stratum is in relationship to the 5th stratum or the rest of the labyrinth.

This is pretty amazing; can't wait for the other games, because I'm more curious about those two. They are pretty similar, and I want to see their differences.
