Many Shogun Questions

So went ahead with retirement and such after I discovered the Scylla exploit... Anyways, I'm only using it for retirement and I'm not going to overlevel for the main story (I was level 50 for 5th stratum before I discovered it).

So I had a few questions in regards to the Shogun's skills. Until I reach Abyssal God, I'm going to stay away from a Warrior's Might party, so I decided to go for a 5 Ring Sword build with Shogun/Gladiator.

Does Second Sword affect the damage of 5 Ring Sword whatsoever? If not, I was planning on leaving Second Sword at level 1 just to unlock Dual Wielding and consequently, all 10 hits with Second Sword, at least for a while.

Second... I've maxed the key skills already, being 5-Ring Sword, and Charge. I don't really know what other skills I should get (The Shogun passives skills don't look very pleasing... Kaishaku scares me), so I've just been pumping points into HP up due to Shogun's garbage defense. What skills should I be focusing on at this point after HP, 5-Ring, and Charge are finished? Berserker Vow doesn't seem very appealing to me, since it lasts for 3 turns, in which case Charge -> 5 Ring Sword -> Charge -> 5 Ring Sword seems like a superior setup to go (as compared to Berserker Vow -> Charge -> 5 Ring Sword -> 5 Ring Sword), and the remaining Gladiator skills don't look too appetizing either.

Actually, it was 2 questions. Still feels like a lot heheh.
