Doing some quest called Water Mark something and nothing is triggering.. wtf is this shit... He told me to go to Area 1 so I did, but there's nothing there... no triggers, no check points, nothing, nada, zero zip zilch.
Edit: No fucking wonder, it was on the 4th Land, and they didn't say that is was. Let's be more ambiguous, EO4, and give nearly 0 details to our players.

Ugh finally finished getting the #1 chest-plate armour for all my guys, took a while to find the stupid bosses...
Edit: Trying to finish quests is just the most frustrating thing. 90% of them have the vaguest directions/hints, and the game is just too big to simply treck off and look for the next thing for the quest -________________________________-

I would assume that in the best case scenario, it's still the level 8 Power Break, but with added duration. In the worst, you've added duration but have changed the 'strength' of Power Break down to level 1. I seriously doubt there would be any coding enabling you to have multiple of the same debuff.
With that said you're welcome to test it out; if the second Power Break gives you a message of "the effect is extended" or whatever, then it definitely isn't multiple, and the only remaining question is whether it changed the level of the effect or not.

I'm expecting the exact thing that Garlyle is. That the effect will be extended either way, but the magnitude of the damage reduction might be overwritten by the newer one.
