Edit: Some things can only be bought with pre-orders, though, which means they technically cost more because what you'd compare them to don't even exist.

I can see it on my laptop (My mom took my laptop to encourage me to study, but she just went out for supper with a friend.)
If one is included with every launch copy then it's probably going to be a CD-sized pamphlet, not an awesome book like last time :C
