My farming build is just 4 Nightseekers that all have Blade Flurry maxed out (with the rest in Shadow/Auto Cloak) and a Medic with Patch up maxed out. All of them have that 1 point in Herbology and I just have them hit up the three take points on B1F.

Extremely easy (but boring) way to take in 400-700 en per run, +400 if I manage to get any Amritas from the trade box. So if I'm lucky, we're talking 800-1,100 en per run.

I want to do a different party than my Japanese EO4 party. Preferably one with a dancer. My japanese party was


I don't want to do this this time, I want somewhat different characters. My healer will be a mystic for sure (because, to be blatantly honest, I mostly healed with mystic spells in my first playthrough, they just were more convenient ), and I want a fortress. That leaves 3 slots for the damage (helped by the fortress with revenge.


And here I am at the impasse. What to do with a dancer? Nothing there really wows me, isn't the dance support pretty much the equivalent of what a Landsknecht can do? Are the counter dance/command everyone to attack things actually worthwhile? Anyone know?

Their main use for damage seems to be as a link-feeder, similar to the buccaneer (if you make them dual wield, they should be able to pump out a lot of hits).

Cutting a dancer, what about a bushi? Their man shtick seems to be rage, is it feasible to have them enraged without them dying all the time and/or running out of SP in seconds? I'll have a mystic, so there's quite a bit of healing being thrown around, would that make up for the rage and make the damage worthwhile?

^ I think Dancer is a pretty cool guy. eh stuns monstres and doesnt afraid of anything.

Assassin gives you even more normal attacks for stunning. I kind of like the idea of Bushi/Dancer, though, for dancing all night long. There are a few other skills that can supply TP, though.

Either way, the three medical dances (Edit: Waltzes) are probably worth a point or two, because a cheap multi-Refresh is always neat to have.

Chasing of course leads to shenanigans.
