Cargo Wharf > Manage Guild Cards > Select your card > Press (Y) > Generate QR Code. (Thanks XD)
This will make 3 images and put them on your SD card, then put said images on a PC and upload 'em. Though you can also select a treasure map to share, change your guild message, and assign a single member of the guild as it's "representative" before generating your pics/code.

Just beat a shiny/rare breed version of a Bounding Beast (Kangaroo), it dealt twice as much damage and gave me 5x the experience points (10,055 EXP).
Even with my Landsknecht using Lv.6 (Max) Power Break, combined with my Fortress using Lv.6 (Max) Strike Guard, it was still dealing 50+ damage to my Fortress (who has a DEF stat of 90).

I don't think so, but a lot of the treasures aren't for the first area. I got two of them in Windy Plains. One was a Blind Mask, and the other was a Healing Rod I believe.
Also, QR Codes only work for items in the demo right? So we can't share guild QR Codes?
