Pretty much any party just works, you're not locked in to any class, which is wonderful. Although I guess the Nexus approach with a million characters might work too?

Swapped my runemaster for an archanist cause I. Love the healing every turn from a circle. I like the subclass system. Party is a landsknecht, protector, dancer in front with medic and arcanist in back. I’m using subclasses for buffs mostly instead of new skills
