1. Meet a gold FOE that I know I can kill.
2. Start whittling it down, making sure to use Holy Bless or whatever (+50% EXP).
3. The 2nd last turn before it dies it OHKO's my entire back row.
4. The last turn before it dies it kills my Landsknecht and Dancer.
5. My goddamn Fortress takes all the EXP because her regular attack finishes it off.
6. Fortress gain instant 5 levels, everyone else stuck at 37 while she jumps to 42.

After all that work to keep them around the same level tooooo

Beat the 1st strata midboss! He was ridiculously easy, the Furyhorn was much harder than he was. Heres hoping the 1st strata boss is just as easy!
