I've beaten the 3rd Stratum, final boss is a breeze if you're prepared.
Tips (only read if you've actually reached the boss room!)
Kill the fire pillar thingy in the boss room
Relatively easy fight. Took me like 2 hours of trial and error to get it right, after failing my first fight and reassessing what I needed to change and stuff.
