Nah, they were known even before the game was released (well, except for the name of the third class).

For the reasons Kimiko stated I have not. We never have here at ItL. Even for the first game, everyone knew the unlockable classes were Hexer and Ronin. Same for the other games. I see no reason to bother with this, unless you would like to raise a complaint about it? If someone wants to argue about it, feel free. I'll listen.
