Honestly, you can just shove every single Throw, spread included, onto a Nightseeker and then give them Ailment Boost/TP Return. Bam, huge luck, free statuses, and oh right possibly 700+ damage/turn, possible against every single enemy, for the net cost of 1 TP.
Yeah they are pretty amazing some days.
