Party Help

I'm at the end of my second playthrough and decided to make a new party as I redo the QR Code missions. At present, I have

Front: Imperial/(Sub-Class Pending), Dancer/Nightseeker, Bushi/Nightseeker
Back: Sniper/(Sub-Class Pending), Arcanist/Medic

My original party was a Linker party using the other five classes. As a result, I'm not really too familiar with all of these. So, what I need is:

* Suggestions on how to build a Sniper/Bushi properly.
* Critiques on equipment and suggestions for weapon forges.
* To know whether or not Nightseeker's Speed Boost negates Fan Dance.

What would you recommend as a subclass for Sniper, then?

I understand that there are classes better than Snipers. I've used them.

But I want to make one of every class, and I'd appreciate at least some idea on what would make a moderately decent Sniper.
