Preliminary Millenium Girl Data (spoilers)

compiling stuff i find out about the game here.

Highlander Class

Unlockable for Classic Mode after beating the Story Mode, this class belongs to the Main Character. Hero-type class which benefits from being on the frontlines - a majority of the Highlander's passives kick in when it gets hurt, so it's more of a Berserker-type class with control. They use mainly spears, and are physically oriented. The Highlander's stats are balanced, but slightly lower than average TEC and LUC.

SPEAR MASTERY
Mastery with the spear. DMG increases by a percentage. 115% at LV10.

BLOOD RAGE (Req: Harvest LV3, Blood Weapon LV3)
Upon taking damage, there is a chance that the Highlander will launch an attack. Blood Rage can proc upon any sort of damage tic, this includes things like Poison damage and damage taken from the Blood Weapon buff. The chance increases at LV5 and LV10. 135% DMG attack at LV10.

HARVEST (Req: ATK Up LV1)
When the Highlander kills an enemy, the party heals some HP equal to:
MAXHP * (skill_lv + 0.06) + skill_lv * 2 + 4 truncated
LV10 total - 16% + 24

DEFENSIVE INSTINCT (Req: DEF Up LV1)
Upon the beginning of a battle, there is a chance for the entire party to become immune to status effects for 5 turns. Similar to Prevent Order, etc. from previous EO games. 30% activation rate at LV10.

GRACE OF BONDS (Req: Immunize LV3, Good Luck LV3)
Upon taking damage, allies on the same row as the character with this skill restore some TP equal to the level of this skill (10 TP at LV10). This skill only procs if the skill holder takes damage. If allies on the same row take damage but do not have the skill, the skill does not proc. This is important especially because of skills like Blood Weapon.

LONG THRUST (Req: Spear Mastery LV1)
Strong piercing skill (pierces through rows). Arm Skill.
1~4, 4 TP
5~9, 7 TP
10, 14 TP (312%)

BRAIN REND (Req: Spear Mastery LV3)
Spear and arm attack which has a chance to bind the enemy target's Head, and also to instantly kill them.
1~4, 8 TP
5~9, 12 TP
10, ? TP (201%)

SPEAR INVOLVE (Req: Spear Mastery LV5)
Spear and arm attack skill which unlocks its full potential when used after a single elemental attack. When used after an elemental attack, the attack chases that element and deals twice the normal damage.
1~4, 10 TP
5~9, 16 TP
10, 22 TP (170%/340%)

SINGLE THRUST (Req: Spear Mastery LV2)
A concentrated, single row Spear and arm attack which consumes a portion of the user's HP.
1~4, 5 TP
5~9, 8 TP
10, 11 TP (227%)

SINGLE BURST (Req: Single Thrust LV5)
A concentrated, enemy party Spear and arm attack which consumes a portion of the user's HP.
1~4, 8 TP
5~9, 12 TP
10, 16 TP (255%)

LEGION THRUST (Req: Spear Mastery LV2)
A concentrated, single row Spear and arm attack which consumes a portion of everyone except the user's HP.
1~4, 5 TP
5~9, 8 TP
10, 11 TP (235%)

LEGION BURST (Req: Legion Thrust LV5)
A concentrated, enemy party Spear and arm attack which consumes a portion of everyone except the user's HP.
1~4, 8 TP
5~9, 12 TP
10, 16 TP (300%)

DELAY CHARGE (Req: Spear Mastery LV10)
Similar skill in mechanic to Survivalist's APOLLON. A powerful piercing (Spear/Arm) attack that is unleashed at the cost of the user's HP after several turns of waiting.
1~4, 8 TP, 2 turns
5~9, 12 TP, 3 turns
10, 16 TP, 4 turns (750%)

CROSS CHARGE (Req: Delay Charge LV3)
This skill can only be used when Delay Charge is set up, but before it has been already launched. A powerful single target (Spear/Arm) attack that works in tandem with the Delay Charge at the cost of some HP.
All levels: 8 TP
Lose 20% HP at LV10.
250%/500% dmg at LV10.

BLOOD WEAPON (Req: ATK Up LV3)
For 3~5 turns, a buff is placed on a row which boosts their damage (so both physical and elemental damage), but each action consumes HP.
1~4, 2 TP (3 turns)
5~9, 4 TP (4 turns)
10, 8 TP (5 turns)
130% at LV1, 135% at LV4, 150% at LV10

INVISIBLE SHIELD (Req: DEF Up LV5)
At the cost of some HP, a buff is placed on a row for 3~5 turns which boosts their elemental defense.
1~4, 2 TP (3 turns)
5~9, 4 TP (4 turns)
10, 6 TP (5 turns)

GOOD LUCK (Req: DEF Up LV3)
Everybody loses HP, but a buff is placed on everyone for 3~5 turns which boosts the success rate of landing status ailments.
1~4, 10 TP (3 turns)
5~9, 15 TP (4 turns)
10, 20 TP (5 turns)

STIGMA (Req: ATK Up LV5)
The user has a chance to inflict their own binds on the enemy target. When this happens, there's a chance they can inflict any status ailments on their person on the enemy target as well.
1~4, 2 TP (1 bind)
5~9, 4 TP (2 binds)
10, 6 TP (all binds)
Bind checks are made separately. Sleep, Confusion and Petrify can't be transferred for obvious reasons

BLACK SABBATH (Req: HP Up LV10)
Strikes the entire enemy party, draining HP dealt to the enemy and distributing that HP to the entire party. However they will also receive any ailments the enemy party has.
1~4, 12 TP
5~9, 16 TP
10, 20 TP

LIMITLESS (Req: HP Up LV1)
Your next action deals improved damage. You can also use skills that you couldn't normally use under the Limitless buff due to not having the correct weapon (this means, for example, as a Highlander, you use a Spear, but under Limitless, you can use Katana skills).
1~4, 2 TP
5~9, 4 TP
10, 6 TP (182% dmg)

Gunner Class

Frederica's class. Unlocked in Classic after beating Story Mode. It's similar to the EO2's Gunner class, but with some additions, and some skill removals. They only get ATK Up and HP Up for boosts, which is a blow to them somewhat. Compared to the Highlander, the other non-Generic class, Gunner has much better stats. They also have improved stats in general over their EO2 counterparts, except they sacrifice a bit of STR.

GUN MASTERY
Increases damage with the gun. 115% dmg at LV10.

DOUBLE ATTACK (Req: Weak Shot LV3, Vulcan Form LV3)
A fixed chance that the user performs a physical attack twice.
Initial tests: 6/30 @ LV1

WEAK SHOT (Req: ATK Up LV1)
Increases the critical damage.
LV1 - 120% (180%)
LV5 - 146% (220%)
LV10 - 173% (260%)

PENETRATOR (Req: Gun Mastery LV7)
Grants a chance that the user will pierce an enemy on their normal attack.

RECHARGE (Req: Charge Shot LV3, Penetrator LV3)
A fixed chance that the user will restore some TP upon using a skill. This can be boosted through Grimoire.

BACK LINE SUPPORT (Req: HP Up LV3)
When anyone on the back row uses the DEFEND command, allies on the front row are healed some HP.

DRUG BULLET (Req: HP Up LV1)
Shoots an ally with a drug that heals some HP and restores status ailments.
1~4, 5 TP
5~9, 13 TP
10, 23 TP

HEAD / ARM / LEG SNIPE (Req: Gun Mastery LV1)
A shot at the certain body part which has a chance to Seal that body part.
1~4, 5 TP
5~9, 8 TP
10, 12 TP (200%)

FLAME / ICE / VOLT SHOT (Req: Gun Mastery LV3)
Fires a shot at the enemy of the chosen element.
1~4, 6 TP
5~9, 10 TP
10, ? TP (200%)

CHARGE FLAME / ICE / VOLT (Req: Elemental Shot LV5)
Unleashes a powerful, charged elemental shot at the target, but DEF is reduced before the attack is released.
1~4, 10 TP
5~9, 15 TP
10, 25 TP (330%)

CHARGE SHOT (Req: Gun Mastery LV5)
Unleashes a powerful, charged shot (non-elemental) at the target, but DEF is reduced before the attack is released.
1~4, 10 TP
5~9, 15 TP
10, 25 TP (400%)

RICOCHET (Req: Gun Mastery LV10)
Releases a flurry of shots hitting enemies at random. Number of hits depends on level.
1~4, 20 TP, 2~3 hits
5~9, 25 TP, 3~4 hits
10, 30 TP, 3~5 hits (115%)

BACK LINE DISRUPTION (Req: Drug Bullet LV3, Back Line Support LV3)
For the current turn, the enemy back line (only) has reduced attack, defense, accuracy and evasion. There is a fixed chance to stun on hit.
1~4, 6 TP
5~9, 10 TP
10, 14 TP

VULCAN FORM (Req: ATK Up LV3)
For 3(~5?) turns, the user prepares a stance that increases their damage, and makes their regular attacks hit the entire enemy party.
1~4, 2 TP, 3 turns
5~9, 6 TP, 4 turns?
10, 10 TP, 5 turns? (155%)

ACT BOOST (Req: Penetrator LV3, Ricochet LV3)
On the next turn, you can repeat the same action more than once.
If you use a skill, you consume TP equal to the number of times you performed the skill.
1, 8 TP (2 times)
2, 6 TP (2 times)
3, 4 TP (2 times)
4, 2 TP (2 times)
5~9, 2 TP (2~3 times)
10. 12 TP (3 times)

I know it's wishful thinking, but I'm hoping that the stances are states instead of buffs. Didn't they do something similar for Arcanist circles in EO4?

The issue is that stances are treated as buffs. So that's a wrap.

Yes, I have verified they do take up a buff slot.
