Looking around, it seems pretty vague and noncomittal, anyway. Something about a new world.

The subtitle (or that's what it looks like at least) 始動 means something like activation/startup. I wonder what that's referring to.

Here's a transcription of the text. Most of the speech matches this, only the part from 0:14 to 0:28 doesn't have text.

Begin/start would normally be something like 始める or 始まる. 始動 refers specifically to machinery, like starting a car.

That seems like a pretty solid translation to me, usually you wouldn't translate Japanese word for word anyway.
