First of all, I'd invest in a ton of germ-suits because my people learned a long time ago what happens with an utterly foreign people show up with diseases that we have no antibodies against. Smallpox killed like 99% of my peeps, no thank you space-flu! Then, I would offer them the hand of peace and hope for the best.
