I know a girl who says she drives better while high... I have no idea if it's true and it is just coming from ONE person, but... *shrug* Wanted to throw that out there.

Also, according to a documentary I recently watched that I can't remember the name of but will track down later to edit into this post, there has never been a single recorded instance of marijuana being the cause of death.

My aunt and cousins used to do it. I've known several people who do it and I've been around it and seen its effect on people plenty of times. It has never once made me uncomfortable in the way that seeing some people drunk has. Drunken behavior can be totally unnerving. I've never personally tried pot, but I am definitely not opposed. I do think it's harmless and all of those scare-tactic videos that make it look like it ruins lives only serve to piss me off. And that's coming from me.

Driving under the influence of alcohol makes the ab/user take more risks while driving.

Driving under the influence of marijuana actually makes the user more cautious and a more defensive driver.

Also, though it may be true that stoned drivers are more cautious, the cautiousness is because their driving ability is in fact impaired. However, I'd rather have stoned drivers than drunk drivers going around.

Yes, the reason why such users are so much more cautious is due to the fact that they are compensating for a certain level of impairment.

You know, I never have figured out why people did drugs or drink way to much liquor. Then I got in debt were loan companies want 1200+ dollars a month. I still don't understand why people do drugs or alchol( Does not mean I do not occasionaly drink.) Also I cannot spell.
