Fighting post-game bosses without a Protector?

Is it possible to fight the Dragon Trio without a Protector? I mean, you'd have to spend a lot of time farming equipment, but if you give everybody

Moss Coat (-20%)
Tourmaline (-20%)
Topaz/Ruby/Sapphire (-30%)

cast Immunize (and All Mist) will you be able to nullify their AoE Skills?
