So I've got two retired Alchemists at lv70 equipped with Sage Wand/Mobius Alb/Athanor which give them a +43 TEC bonus = 125 TEC total.
The Stat cap is 127...is equipping Moss Band worth something? Other than maxing TEC and further increasing the TP pool, does the +15 AGI bonus make the Alchemists act earlier or will they always be the last casting Tier2-3 spells?
I'd equip it instead of the Athanor (DEF+7, TEC+10), because the 4th slot is for Adamas (DEF+6, Phys Resist +15%)...would it change anything having a -7 in DEF?
