I can buy them and my landsknecht have them. and thank you for pm drake/dragon/ wyrm are easy now... really easy 
but very funny is that I beat wyrm without antifire/anitcold/antivolt

Buffs are temporary stat increases, debuffs are temporary stat decreases. The terms are very commonly used in discussions of RPGs.
Inflicting poison on an enemy would be a debuff. Causing it to be more vulnerable to some element, or to move slower would be debuffs too. That enemy binding your arms would be a debuff too. Casting a spell to make a party member move faster, or attack with some element would be a buff.
