It's probably a general N-American re-release, not just Canadian. VG+ just jumped the gun a little posting the info.

Kimiko: so you don't think it'll have Canadian idioms and other Canadain stuff in it? "Aye?" I hope not hahaha.

I completely agree with you Liferake. I have a friend whose played EO 1 in the past but I had let him borrow it. He said he would have loved to have gotten EO 1 back when it was 20 bucks or so. So this'll be a fanatstic opppurtunity for those who missed it the first time around to get it.

Might as well update here that europe players also get the chance to buy EO I again from their local stores as well.

However, just like in the past, europe players are gonna have to buy the NA versions of EO II/III as there is still no european release on these two games...

And yes, I learned from my past mistakes and bought my self both EO II/III within 1 month.

Back in 2009, I found lots of copies of EOI (EUR) in one of these containers, were really, really bad games end up. Priced at around 8$. Seeing that just made me sad.

Point is, even back in 2009 they weren't on the shelves any more.
