Here's my answers to this survey:
WHO IS THE LEADER OF YOUR GUILD; WHICH CHARACTER MAINLY REPRESENTS YOU?:
- Survivalist. If I were in Etrian Odyssey, I would see myself as a Survivalist because I love characters with agility and the nature-loving ones. ^^;;
WHAT IS YOUR PARTY'S MALE-TO-FEMALE RATIO?:
- 3 males, 2 females. My original party was a male Landsknecht named Takaya, a male Protector named Junpei, and a male Survivalist named Shinji. Then I had a female Alchemist named Jin, and a female Medic named Chidori. Yes, I was playing Persona 3 before starting out Etrian Odyssey. ^^;;
WHAT IS YOUR LANDSKNECHT'S WEAPON OF CHOICE?:
- Axes. I LOVE MY AXESKNECHT! <3
WHICH FORMULAS YOU PREFER FOR THE ALCHEMIST?:
- Only the Fire or Ice or Volt Formula. I loved my Fire Alchemist, I dunno why I like the Fire formulas more than Ice or Volt.

WHAT STANCE DOES YOUR RONIN FOLLOW?:
- Risking it all with the sword strike of the Iai stance. One word: Kubiuchi.

- The angel who beats you to death, Medic. Without a Medic, it spells unavoidable death for my party.
YOUR REASON FOR DYING IN THIS GAME?:
- Surrounded by the Guardants on B12F! Why are there too many of you?! GO AWAY! D=
- In the middle of a battle, F.O.E. GTFO F.O.E.!!
- Was fighting a F.O.E., but then another F.O.E. joined in! I hated fighting Iwaopeln because of the F.O.E. rush before getting to him.
- Rushing into the next floor without thinking. SO GUILTY OF THIS ONE!!
- I forgot to buy myself a Warp Wire! NOT AGAIN!
- I actually forgot to heal my party! My party needs healing? Pshaw...
- The first F.O.E., Ragelope, kicked my party to death. OOOH, WHAT'S AN F.O.E.? =D *enter battle* ACK, DO NOT WANT!! D=
- As I was winning the battle, I accidentally pressed the POWER button on my DS. This actually happened to me once!! I hated myself after that!!

- Accidentally selling an item necessary for completing a Quest. WHY DO I DO THIS?! ARGH, VISIT BAR FIRST THEN THE ARMORY!!

- Dark-skinned Protector [Art 4]. She's really cute! <3
- Dark Hunter with "drills" for hair [Art 4]. Reminds me of B-Ko from Project A-Ko.
- Black-haired, glasses-wearing Alchemist [Art 2]. No comment.
- Dark-skinned Troubadour [Art 4]. Catches my eye!
- Hakama-wearing Ronin [Art 4]. She's really pretty.
- Valerie. Boobs...
- Tlachtga. Her timid personality and fiery looks are enchanting.

HOW WOULD YOU DEFINE "ETRIAN ODYSSEY"?:
- The Survivalist always dies before the rain of arrows from Apollon drops. LEARN TO LIVE LONGER, DAMMIT!!
- I cannot survive without the Medic's Immunize. Best thing I ever learned from the internet!! I never knew how great it was until GameFAQs.
- You feel incomplete until the map is completely drawn out. Like a part of me dies.
- I feel good after being praised by Valerie, the barkeeper. Valerie: "Hi, kiddos!" Me: =3
- When I can't think of a good name for my Guild or party, I just take names from copyrighted works. Two parties I had in Etrian Odyssey were named respectively after Pokémon Diamond-Pearl and Persona 3.
- You'll have a habit of saying, "I can do this, even though I shouldn't!" C'MON, JUST ONE MORE STEP AND I'LL WARP OUTTA HERE, I SWEAR! *twenty steps later* ARGH, I DIEDED! D=
- I always get a random encounter whenever I'm near doors, staircases, or treasure chests! This game hates me!!

- Etrian Square: Night. Such a relaxing tune, I always visit the Verde Plaza at nighttime! <3
- Emerald Grove. The best song to start off your adventures!
- Lost Shinjuku. This song sounds good for a ballroom-like tune.
- Seasoned Veterans. "Kokoro Midarete" by IOSYS got me into this song.
- Foedus Obrepit Errabundus. DAMN YOUSE, F.O.E.!!

- Can this game stop charging me for sleeping at the Inn? Why can't I buy myself a house in Etrian Odyssey? I spend enough money at the Inn to buy myself twenty houses. D=
- I actually spent 5 days walking back and forth by the Spring Room in B8F! BEST WAY TO PASS THAT QUEST!
- I really gotta make a Play Diary for this game! Yet, I never.
- My attacks do nothing on these Armorolls!! I hate these guys!! >3<

- Bought a Shortsword for 500en from that Guard at B2F.
- Purchasing an item in Shilleka's Shop that I could get for free if I completed that Quest at the Bar.
- Trying to go back to Tlachtga after defeating Fenrir.
- Couldn't figure out which icon to use to map out the damage floor times.
- Trying to find those hidden passages with the Wyvern on my tail.
- Trusting that map from the Guard on B11F.
- Opening a door and fell into a pitfall in B11F.

- I cannot survive without the Survivalist's 1st Turn.
- I cannot survive without the Medic's Immunize.
- If I don't hit enemies three times with Multihit, I blame the Survivalist.
- You feel incomplete until the map is completely drawn out.

- Purchasing an item in Shilleka's Shop that I could get for free if I completed that Quest at the Bar.
- Accidentally sold the Warp Wire after buying it.
- Button mashing too much on Salve and Stalker.
- Found a passage I could pass through, but I have to open it from the other side!

- I always have to take out 2-Hit on my Landsknecht.
- The monsters die after 2-Hit strikes, even though they can die from a single blow.
- I cannot survive without the Medic's Immunize.
- I cannot survive without binds or binding enemies.

- I don't like using the male Hexers very much.

Tried to kill it before I was strong enough and then I finally beat it and... didn't get any experience.

AUGH FREAKING FLOWERS.

That 20th floor was scary, man.
- Wasn't prepared for those creatures to kick my butt!
Sixth stratum D:

-sob- That battle traumatized my poor medic.
- Died while doing the "Feat of Strength II" Quest where you have to solo B13F and B14F.
