From what I hear (the others should be able to post more on this) there is a quick way if you use a Hexer and Trabadour combination. I'm guessing T still has its Divination. I dunno what the Hexer has to do with it. Still, it's common to see youtube vids showing the effects of this pairing.

Basically you get a Hexer with 10 points in Pain Trade (does damage based on the difference between the Hexer's maximum HP and their current HP / 255% damage boost at 10 points) and a Troubador with 10 points in Tribal Dance (increases the party member's maximum HP / I believe it's a 50% increase with 10 points.) So just go into a boss battle with the Hexer at as low health as possible (1 HP if you can, and also equipped with HP boosting gear), buff with Tribal Dance, and blow things up with Pain Trade. It's pretty amazing how much damage Hexers can deal.
