Second game has the best soundtrack overall in the series personally. The second game is pretty perfect other than the fact you can cheese through the speed bumps much easier in this one.

I kinda liked the fourth stratum music in EO1 too. Not as much as EO2's fourth stratum theme, but catchy.

It was my favorite one for all the stratums in EO. It went great for the atmosphere in the sense of a "ruins" feel and that was just what the fourth stratum felt like.
