For Ls: Gonna have to make choices, it depends on what you want:

Pick 2 attack skills, those are what you're gonna use:

I recommend Tornado + Brawn, Torando + Blazer, Silencer + Blazer, Stunner + Blazer, Stunner + Silencer.

The rest of your skill points beyond those two attack skills should probably go into as many passives/self buffs as you can cram. (Max HP up, STR up, TP up, etc.)

Also, I should note Allslash:

Allslash was the pride and joy of EO1, but in EO2 its far too situational and just not as useful as Tornado. Allslash is great for dealing even damage across a selection of enemies, which is only great if you have more party attacks along with it, and most teams just can't pull that.
