You have to fight that boss, otherwise you can't continue. Post your party skill point distribution, so that I can see why you are having trouble.

But mainly, she is weak to volt, so if you got your ronin/alch/lands all the use a volt skill, she should go down fast. ie Thunder for alch, shocker for lands, and raizakou for ronin. But you also want mideraba on the ronin.

Paranoia's got the right idea. The way I beat that fight was have my troubadour buff, my medic just heal, and then my alchemist start off with her strongest volt attacks. All the while my ronin chipped away with mideraba. Also ice mist seemed to aid me quite a bit.

Luring doesn't work on bosses, only on regular FOEs.

FWIW, I leveled up to level 60 before beating her (56 turned out to be too low for me).
