This isn't a comparison of the two games, but instead is a comparison of the two towns, or, more exactly, the visitable areas of them.
Inn: Fat Innkeeper>EOI guy (The former had personalit, and the latter was more along the lines of an employee)
Hospital: Hoffman>Stiles (Hoffman was more calm and full of more advice; the latter just worried too much)
Shop: Shilleka=Abigal (One's shy, the other's more assertive; One's hotter; one's cuter; etc.)
Bar: Valerie>Cass (But only by a little. Cass annoyed me too much)
Explorers Guild: EOII Guildmaster>>>>>EOI Guildmaster (She had dialogue that changed, personality, and a backstory)
Hall/Palace: Dubois>Quinn (Quinn was too boring for me)
