Good, though the right foot looks a wee bit awkward. And the facial features seem a bit eh, square-ish I guess?

What he said, and the guitar is disproportionate and also doesn't quite line up right. I'd suggest drawing out the full guitar behind her leg and then erasing the lines that overlap later, so you know it lines up.... But still, improvement.

I went ahead and fixed the errors mentioned. I redrew the entire piece! :D

The guitar is just a placeholder until I get a reference again.
