I'm an Oracle Database Admin for a Texas based IT company, here in Malaysia. Just started since last October. Pretty casual work environment, despite the fact that I work 12 hours. I do work only from Sundays to Wednesdays. Extra days equals overtime shift allowance. Fun yet sad part is that I work on public holidays, such as today's Labor day. I do get paid triple, however

Before this, I was an assistant instructor at a Kumon centre. My friend was the employer. Taught Maths and English to students as young as 5 years to 18 years of age. It was fun when you are guiding a 5 year old doing basic multiplication and division. Or a 12 year old with trigonometric integration and trigonometric line equations.
