Zelda's got magic powers and usually gets kidnapped because she poses a significant threat to Ganon/dorf. In the first game, she's the one who divides the Triforce in order to keep it out of his hands. In LttP, she's the reason Link gets involved in the first place, due to her fierce bravery and cleverness, calling out for help just because she's imprisoned. In Ocarina, she's a sage and the holder of the Triforce of Wisdom.

tldr, Zelda is a badass.

haven't I mention my pinky? Not that surprising, I guess. As Mr Kino likes to say "You know that expression, know something like the back of your hand? That does not apply to Kino."

A bit over 2-3 years ago Mr Kino pointed out that the pinky on my left hand is significantly smaller than the pinky on my right hand. This is because I'm pretty sure the pinky on my left hand stopped growing after I broke my arm in the 6th grade. There's a lot of really weird residual damage from that break, actually.

Anyway. I'd never noticed it, and this absolutely fascinates Mr Kino. My "mutant pinky" is a huge running joke between us.
