This is a compilation of the name changes from the Japanese version of Sekaiju No Meikyū to the American version of Etrian Odyssey. The names below are all translated by myself. I am not fluent in the Japanese language, some of the words below may be incorrect, but I try to make them as accurate as possible. I appreciate any corrections or help to this list. As of now, I'm going to start small and if I see that people are interested in learning more about the name changes, I'll continue on. ^^;;

[決死の覚悟], Aegis, actually translates to "Readiness of a Do-or-die Spirit"

I don't know what an Élan Gateway is (I even tried google, hah)
But moushin is rushing forward all reckless. And tousou is obviously escape. So maybe desperate escape would be more faithful, if not entirely accurate.

Postwar Treatment [戦後手当] = Patch Up
Sengo does indeed mean postwar, but that phrase sort of conjures images of the U.S. occupation of Japan after WWII (to me at least). I think ikusa, in this particular context, was intended to mean battle instead of war (for a few reasons). So perhaps post-battle medical treatment, or something less awkward-sounding.

Blood-Thirst Redemption [殺気解放] = Lure
Kaihou would maybe be better off translated as something closer to unleash (or maybe awaken if you really want to stretch it), especially considering the effect that lure has.
