Returned and New EO Skill Simulators

Haha, because of a curious comment and a few other demands, I've quickly replaced the Skill Simulators back up on the website. I apologize for the delay in the return of website content.

Returned: Zaraf & Negzee's EOIII Skill Simulator

New: Wave-tan's EOIII Skill Simulator for Windows - We are going to test hosting this. If it becomes too much for our servers, we'll simply place up Wave-Tan's own third-party download website.

Also: Natbuk, Zaraf, & Negzee's EOIV Skill Simulator - Posted in our forums, user Natbuk has used a model of Zaraf & Negzee's EOIII Simulator to create his own EOIV simulator. This is not hosted on ItL.
