Sekaiju no Meikyuu 2 Released in Japan!

Sekaiju no Meikyuu 2, the sequal to Etrian Odyssey, has been released in Japan! Click read more to view the box art that was released.

First day sales were reported to have reached an astounding 50k. The first game had only received 25k at time of release, though there were reported problems with shipping. Still, it is a major success for the game and we will be back to see how the game does by the end of the week.

No current news yet of a North American release.

Update: By the end of the week, the game topped out at sales of 69k, only being defeated by Super Smash Bros. Brawl.
