Atlus USA have today released a trailer in regards to our favourite franchise: Etrian Odyssey. This trailer for EO2 isn't that long, but does show us everything that we really want to know about gameplay and many other aspects of the game.

According to this article, June 6, 2008, European players will FINALLY be able to enjoy the first of this wonderful Nintendo DS gaming series!

Or put in another way:

Etrian Odyssey is coming to Europe, baby!

...So how long will you guys have to wait for the second game? *Sigh* Well, one thing at a time, right? I wonder if Archaic, our resident European, will repurchase this game.

My apologies for this being a day late. You know how it is with life and ... shopping for summer clothes, haha.

Anyways, yesterday the Official EO2 Site updated with new character information, screenshots, and a new wallpaper set.

I decided to go ahead and compile a list of things that are different in EO2 as opposed to the first game. You can view the list here: List of EO2 Gameplay Changes.

Also, something I keep forgetting to note, in the Azure Rainforest Media Spot, under the wallpapers section of both games, visitors will now be able to upload their own wallpaper creations for display and used by the general public. The Official EO2 Site updated yesterday. Their updates included a list of the Monsters in Stratum 2 as well as a new Developer Comic!

You can find this second clip of the comic in our very own very own image gallery!

Those monsters looks so kewl, though! Ugg, I dread to think of how tough they are going to be, though. Tch, seemingly harmless and some of them even a little cute.... -_-; And they'll all probably beat me up before I am done.

Hrrm, but you know, on the subject of the War Magi... I wonder which I'm going to pick. Do I want my orange-headed medic back or am I going to try to replace her? Haha, I'll probably make both and see which one I like more.

The pages for Etrian Odyssey's Item Points and Treasure Locations has been added.

*Phew* It was a LOT of work, coming up with the idea and then the images and then coding it all. Sorry that it took so long, but now that the worst of it is over, things should move along at a much faster rate.

While I've had these loaded onto the forums for a while, I finally got around to adding them up onto their own page where you can download or link off of so that you can take them to other places. ItL Avatars and Buddy Icons. Unlike their forum counterparts, these have our site tag on them. PLEASE leave it on. We are wanting to help promote Etrian Odyssey and make it more popular! What better way than to lead people back here where they can learn far more about this wonderful gaming series.

In the way of future content, I am working on a lot of Stratum 1 fact guides. One thing connects to another so I'm actually working on about three different content pages at one time. When it is completed you are going to see a little bit more to the Map Status completion guide and will get the guide for Item Points and Treasure. Please, just be patient with me. I am working as hard as I can on these.

I am ALSO working on a page that lists all of the changes that appear in EO2. Expect that up sometime later today or tomorrow.
