I guess I just like fixed growth. I'd rather have the average rounded down than the chance of getting a cheap cut. Some may say it's strange for two soldiers to have the same stats but in most games the enemies are that way regardless. ^-^; Either way I handle my RNG blunders much better than Hitler .
