It'd be pretty amazing if it came to life and the entire world was at the mercy of a giant pink bunny.

In some way you could see Japanese culture/anime's influence on western youth as a slight counterbalance. Maybe. But besides a more open market, I don't see it doing much. Infact I think I'd probably cry if I opened my paper to read the funnies and saw them all drawn in anime style. ;-; There aren'...

Not really. You need to dig deeper. Western influence is having a bigger impact than anime or wtf/e makes it seem. Lots of families are dining the same way as westerners, following western dresscode and the English language is becoming too abused, just as a few examples. I don't live in Japan and ev...

I don't like anime. ;-; The games are nice though gaming, despite how it may seem, is not that big for me. I've played Korean games more than Japanese games, anyways. Heck, I even have had contact with "Blackfacers" (I hate that term). I'm not entirely sure how you're using that term. Clar...

I feel all alone with my limited interest in anything Japan. ;-; My interests in world cultures is spread very far and wide. Japan has very limited appeal to me when I look at some of the other cultures. Where as I'll say "Japan is a cramped capitalist country which treats those who are differe...

Nori is the Japanese name for edible seaweed. I don't use exclusive Japanese words unless I'm talking to people who are Japanese. :3 That and I don't like having to expect people on an English-speaking forum to know real specific words. To a certain extent of course. ^-^ We don't call spring rolls &...
