Re: DISCUSSION THREAD: Where do you keep your washing machin

A hipster. It makes me a hipster.

._.

But yes, I did have a safe trip, despite Apple's map app telling me the wrong names of things. Twice.

Re: Favorite Books and Current Reads

Started reading Prince of Thorns by Mark Lawrence. It is so good! Strongest first sentence/paragraph/page/chapter I've read in a long time.

Re: Favorite Books and Current Reads

I felt the same way about Katniss. So many if her reactions were so... surprising might be the word, I guess. Unrelatable is definitely a good one. It didn't seem natural for her to look at someone crying and just be disgusted at how weak they were being. Meanie! Dx

Re: What are you watching? (TV/Movies)

I definitely agree with pursuing the remakes that are worthwhile. It isn't that I'll refuse to watch a remake purely on principle. I just get tired of seeing rehash after reboot after sequel after Americanized adaptation of a foreign best seller. I understand that there is pretty much no such thing ...

Re: What are you watching? (TV/Movies)

^ I agree on all points.

@PLA - There is only one, yes? The American version is Let Me In. I haven't watched that one yet. Why to we have to remake EVERYTHING? @_@

Re: What are you watching? (TV/Movies)

Is that the one where the guy is obsessed with the first movie and there are twelve victims instead of three? I read the synopsis on Netflix but I haven't watched it. I guess I never will, now that I know it's poop.
