It sounds like PayPal is convinced that this particular Regretsy group is conning people out of their money. There are a lot of Christmas charity scams out there. They do seem to be making them jump through a lot of hoops to prove themselves, though.

Bikers hold a special place in my heart.

When I was little, I fell off my bicycle in the road outside my house and hurt my knee. A biker dude rode up and helped me onto the sidewalk and made sure I was okay before roaring off again. Fond memory, that one.
