It's quite true, with very few exceptions.

I'm 75% certain that my family tree has some Chickasaw in it. I really need to sit down and draw it all out with my grandmother... It doesn't really seem like she'll be around for very much longer, and she holds a lot of family stories in that brain of hers that will die when she does. o_o;;; So... ...
