I don't think he is dismissing that it happens. Just trying to explain why men such as yourself would have a hard time making a case to complain when you happen to have such a long history of being able to do so many things that minority groups have been denied.

Someone recommended this album to me. I was surprise to find I'd heard the second track somewhere recently. I just can't remember where! And it's kind of driving me nuts.
