I think FF4 was. Others may have had them, but that's the one that I remember having the annoying flan enemies. I was always conservative with magic, so those enemies annoyed me greatly.

Last night I dreamed I was on a run-down train. Interestingly enough, most of the passengers were happy families or just random people, nothing that fit the mood of the train at all.
