In other news its been lovely in Seattle. You guys should really move to more pleasant parts of the country. It rains occasionally, but no natural disasters during my decade and a half in the PNW.
Basically I agree with Kino.

Re: Rant/Complain Thread: BUMMER IN THE SUMMER~
That's my tell. If I'm checking all the Ultimate Spidey's out... Suckage ensued earlier. It's like the series was tailor-made just for me. It could not be done any better. I've got some silly stories about Bendis I should tell you when I'm not on my phone. Handicap stalls! My comic shop owner ran o...

Re: Rant/Complain Thread: BUMMER IN THE SUMMER~
Where were you when all the male friends who decided they wanted to date me then concluded that they couldn't be my friend because I turned them down? Seriously? You're going to "unfriend" me on Facebook and ignore my messages because I WAS HONEST WITH YOU AND DIDN'T LEAD YOU ON WHEN I HA...

Re: DISCUSSION THREAD: hurricane vs swamp fire vs earthquake
Seepage in levees is pretty common, especially with the level of water you guys are getting. Also, according to that article, the river hasn't been rising since 3:30 PM EST, which is good. Certainly not something to totally brush off, but the situation seems manageable. UNLESS THE NEWS MEDIA IS JUST...

Re: Rant/Complain Thread: BUMMER IN THE SUMMER~
I'll get over it Those are important words to remember. All too often young people, especially young men, who find themselves being shoehorned into some fictional chivalric code, think that they'll never get over it, or ever love again, or some silliness like that. Its important to know that you wi...

and then this http://i.imgur.com/wqfsn.png see the green squares? And on another shade of green so you can see them both side by side! This whole thing amuses me. Did you know that the human eye is actually designed to see more shades of green than any other color? Looks like we bought a defective ...

Re: Rant/Complain Thread: BUMMER IN THE SUMMER~
So I was going to hang out with this girl I was planning on asking out on friday, and what is her status today out of nowhere? In a freaking relationship. Pardon me abandoning my sheltered little Christian boy shit for a minute: Fuckity fucking fuck. What do I even do, though? Just show up at our a...

Re: Rant/Complain Thread: BUMMER IN THE SUMMER~
Thanks to Kino and Maxine for providing sound advice! Pretty much everyone I asked yesterday either said, "Stop living off my tax dollars and accept the first job you lazy shit." or "Who cares if you piss off the first job?" Yeah. I've never been in this position before. All prev...

Re: Forced Password Change
Yes the bank card number and also the 3 digit security code on the back will suffice, provided your bank card has a VISA or Mastercard logo. In a pinch, Discover is fine too. Oh and the billing address!

Re: Rant/Complain Thread: BUMMER IN THE SUMMER~
Actually wondering if anyone has any experience with this: I'm currently a full time student and my financial aid covers all my tuition and living costs, so I don't really NEED a job right now (probably towards the end of the year I would), but I want to save up some money so I decided to get a low ...
